Underfoot, an epoxy floor coating adds durability and aesthetic appeal, transforming the surface into a seamless canvas for the artist’s work. To maximize functionality, we incorporated six large personal storage lockers, providing ample space to store supplies and artwork securely.

When opened, these doors seamlessly blend the interior space with the surrounding environment, inviting inspiration from the natural beauty outside. A 100-amp panel with an exterior junction box connection ensures reliable power supply for various electrical devices and equipment. Additionally, five LED wrap lights illuminate the space with bright, energy-efficient lighting, creating an inviting atmosphere for creative endeavors.
